History

1983 - Pioneer Industries was born as an importer of faucets and plumbing fixtures for the remodel/repair market.

Early 1990's - Grew into a supplier of small projects for new construction in the multi-family market, but soon learned a hard lesson that it could not appease the contractor or the builder with no control over its quality and its delivery schedule.

1994 - Partnered with a manufacturer to assemble and test products to offer to the new construction market. With an emphasis on keeping low overhead, prompt delivery, exceptional quality, and uncompromising service to our customers, Pioneer became a household name in many regions for affordable, high-quality products.

Late 1990's - The manufacturing operation grew to add another facility in order to accommodate the real-time inventory that our customers were demanding. As we filled orders faster than our competitors, our customers turned to us for more projects and custom products.

2004 - Had become partners with many regional builders and contractors to establish itself as one of the leaders for multi-family, new construction.

2006 - Pioneer's manufacturing facilities grew to over 200,000 sq. ft., as a new, environmentally friendly facility was completed. With a strong supply chain management, Pioneer has managed to maintain industry-low inventory levels, while surpassing our competition in delivery times.

2007 - Finalized its acquisition of the Central Brass Company, a leading brand in the commercial faucet industry and a name that has been a staple in the marketplace for over 110 years.

2008 - The Estate Collection was launched to satisfy many customers who were looking for Pioneer products to offer a high-quality and well-designed product for single-family residences and luxury hotel projects.

2009 - Olympia Faucets, Inc. was established in order to provide high-quality, affordable products specifically for the multi-family housing market.

2010 - Pioneer rebrands itself to expand into high-quality, decorative plumbing while continuing to further offer valued-engineered products through Olympia and commercial-grade products through Central Brass.
